To make joining quick and easy, please register with us online before coming in to join or take a tour. Once registered, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to set up your membership. You’ll also be able to access our member area where you can book an induction or your first class. You can now join online via our memberships page or your welcome email. If you would like to take a look around first, or if you prefer to join in person at the gym, we advise making an appointment so that we can ensure we have someone available to see you at your preferred time.

658 Fitness is a family owned, independent gym in the heart of Ainsdale village. Renowned for its relaxed, friendly atmosphere, we provide a space for you to train, feel good and meet other like-minded people. Set over over two floors, we are home to a fully equipped gym with cardio and resistance machines, free weights and functional training areas. In our second floor studio we hold a wide variety of classes which are available to both members and visitors. WE also offer Personal Training, and bootcamps are held throughout the Year.
Here at 658 Fitness our aim is to help you achieve your health & fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, improve fitness levels, prepare for an event or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle. All of our staff are qualified Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers and are always happy to offer guidance and advice.

Our Services


Gym

Fully equipped gym with cardio and resistance machines, free weights and functional training areas. We include the option of an induction with all of our monthly rolling and annual memberships, so that you feel comfortable and confident in working out and using the equipment.

Classes

We have a jam packed class timetable with a range of fitness classes to suit all needs and abilities. Classes are included in all of our full memberships and are also available to pay as you go.

Online & On Demand Classes

During lockdown we held a variety of online classes, these classes were also available to catch up on anytime through our on demand area. We currently stream our evening Pilates classes so they can be done from home, and we have a variety of lockdown class recordings available on our on demand page to catch up on anytime.

Personal Training

Sometimes you need some extra guidance, support or motivation to enable you to reach your goals. During one-to-one sessions, your trainer will lead you through a bespoke, results driven programme designed to suit your needs. We offer a variety of Personal Training packages, all with a free initial consultation.

Bootcamp

Our personal trainers run early morning Group Training and Bootcamp sessions designed for those who like to work out first thing. A total body workout held in the gym or studio, combining cardio and resistance training to maximise your results in the minimum amount of time.
